Perfect Stay for a Weekend Getaway!

My boyfriend and I quickly realized that we loved spending time in our spacious King Room with Sofa Bed. The comfortable furnishings made relaxing easy, and check-in was easy, even late at night. For breakfast, I recommend exploring the on-site options for a satisfying start!

Breakfast was great

I booked with a rate including breakfast. When I went to get breakfast, I was told I did not have that in my Booked.net reservation. I know what I had and I got screwed. Never using Booked.net again. Deceptive trade in my opinion.

It was very unconfortable to walk in to register and find the hotel lobby and front desk area packed full of people having a party.People who were not staying at the hotel. I had to say excuse me at lease three or four times to get people to move so that I could get through to my room. It seems to me that as a paying guest that I should be able to use the lobby if I want. Before 7am the next morning I was awakened by womens voices laughing and speaking Spanish. This went on for some time. I suspect that it was hotel employees since my room was beside a room marked employees only. It seemed like this hotel has no respect for guests.

Helpful staff resolved issues promptly.

Water to our toilet kept getting turned off, and it took way too long to find someone who could assist us. Tracking down fresh towels was a hassle since they were not restocked properly. And to top it all off, loud guests slamming doors at 4 AM really disrupted our sleep.

Bistro wasn't available at the times I was there.

Great updated room with the home away from home feel. Will stay there again...

Unexpected challenges in comfort

The staff greeted us warmly and were pretty good too make our stay as comfortable as possible, always ready to assist with a smile.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. It was a sweaty night, and considering the heat, it made things quite uncomfortable.

Entrance to hotel was a little hard to find. It was in the center of other buildings so a little hard to find.

The clean, spacious room created a cute atmosphere despite minor issues with the air conditioning. The staff remained great throughout my visit. I appreciate their efforts to ensure guest comfort.
